Description
Lean and Six Sigma have long since lost the image of ‘operations only’ techniques. They are now applied, with success, in many other organisational functions such as HR and finance. So can these important methods of process improvement be migrated to the sales process?
Delegates will:
- Examine the major and minor differences between sales processes and other organisational process;
- Define, measure and analyse the key processes in sales departments;
- Explore the benefits and gains of better sales processes;
- Investigate the specific approaches in applying Lean and Six Sigma;
- Plan a Six Sigma approach for their individual organisation.
