Description
National agendas such as QIPP and CQUIN and other Trust level programmes such as CIPs, start out as simple acronyms as a focus for change. However, the two questions often facing NHS staff are ‘...where do we start?’...and how do we apply QIPP to the national work-streams? In particular all four elements of QIPP (Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention) are examined - and specifically linked to continuous improvement techniques. Moreover this session wraps QIPP around the vital ingredients for the people side of change.
