Description
Research indicates that, used in isolation, the tools of Lean will not create sustainable change. Successful implementation crucially depends on embedding Lean in the organisational culture. Effective, modern leadership is the key to achieving this. Yet understanding, analysing and developing culture and leadership that relates specifically to your organisation takes special skills. This Master Class brings organisational culture to life and brings a practical relevance to the delegates. It repositions the traditional role and activities staff, managers and directors as the new ‘Cultural Architects’.
Building upon the mapping processes of the Master Class : Beyond Process Mapping: techniques for systems analysis, this practitioner programme will develop the advanced skills for aligning culture and performance.
The programme is led by the three Alturos specialists in their respective fields: Dr Alan Beggs, Dr Sian Watt and Dr Tim Franklin.
Planned dates and locations: Central London, West Midlands, Leeds and Bristol 2011 third quarter (July – September) 2011 fourth quarter (October – November) 2012 first quarter (January-March).
