Staff team members
As a growing organisation we need talented people to join our permanent staff. Alturos is a specialist organisation; so naturally, we need special people. You would have to demonstrate personal evidence of:
- Leadership in organisational development, improvement and change programmes;
- Theoretical understanding and practical application of ‘Lean’; six sigma and other continuous improvement styles and techniques;
- Management of client projects to successful fulfilment;
- Skills in matching client requirements with the Alturos model.
